In other words, by all technology, I mean there will be. Sweeping Technology wide reduction. Percentages may vary from team to team, but there will be widespread cuts. Even if you think you've already done your cuts.

Not ALL of technology. All the different groups needed to cut by 30% during the last round of layoffs. EIS only did about 15%, now they have to make up for the rest.
Future design is SLT and a bunch of NTW's from India. That would make future headcount about 25.
