The results have been out nearly a week now, Mikey and the gang have managed to work out thier pay raises.
Any idea when the employees are getting told thiers? Can't be that difficult to work out.

The town hall site and number is not working. Has there been a change to access the meetings?
Please do your FPR, which is being requested by your manager in time. That would help the process of merit increase.
If you are stupid enough to expect anything from DXC, you belong at DXC.
Think about it folks, especially UK staff - if you are stupid enough to still be working for DXC then you definitely do not warrant a pay increase.
As usual for 4 years the playbook turnaround is happening every quarter.
The analysts are told the successes and so called progress every quarter. Then internally its totally the opposite picture.
What a lying bsteward Sally is, and this company is going nowhere except downhill.
Global Apps townhall, two leaders confirmed no pay. Sorry they might look at in Q2 but financial results are poor. However they didn't trust us with an answer about why they couldn't look at pay in Q1 or why the results are good enough for exec rewards but not good enough for staff.
Expect at least another 12 months of avoidance and excuses
How the f can they afford a $1 billion buyback then?

Mary and Mike need to stop messing around and get on with it.
We need to know what the outcome is.
Its not, they have clearly signaled we are getting nothing. Pay attention, same delays, same top 10 excuses and headwinds both internal and external.
