I am a director here but do the job of a first level manager.
AIG and CRBG have the most confusing grades and title, some areas use SVP/VP/AVP, while others use Sr MD/MD/Directors, and even within the same team people with the same grade have different titles (e.g, SVP and VP)
Global Head of Doing PowerPoints. Corporate version of pop up books, most of which bare done by consultants, look pretty but say nothing.
Another good one would be CIO Jester, since you get to entertain TWO IT leaders, because neither can handle on their own and both have egos as big as their pay packages.
What do you mean title inflation?
