Follow The Example Of Wayne

If anyone is angry about the new RTO policy, my advice would be to follow the example set by Wayne. Wayne wants to send his underlings out to preach culture, them let's follow Wayne's example as a leader. Wayne took a 157% pay increase over the ONLY losing year in the history of USAA. Every employee should follow Wayne's example and do as little as possible to get by. Honestly, if you did as little as possible to get by to keep your job, then you would probably be having a 1,000x positive impact on the company as compared to greedy, self-serving executives like Wayne.

Preaches culture then immediately lays off entire culture team. What would you call that? Dichotomous-acting? Idiosyncratic governance? Ironic? What does it say about the person who approves laying off the culture team without recognizing that employees will see right through the charade? Indifferent? Ignorant? Arrogant? Superior? What does it say about the leader who recognizes that employees will see through the words not matching the actions? He doesn’t care what you think. That’s what I think.
