Considering take a tech position at US bank they offered me a grade 13 at just over 100k. Is this a typical pay range ?

US Bank doesn't hire talent. They hire order takers. Be careful if you have talent cause, if your goal is vertical progression it will be welcomed with fear.
TOS is a gigantic mess if that's where your new position is.
14 is much better as far as bonus but 13 has salary ranges that can exceed 14.
Yes, that seems reasonable. I’m a grade 14 at $105 but also comes with up to 15% bonus and LTI which puts me closer to 120. Salary depends on region too. Are you in a higher cost of living place?
