I've said it before and I'll say it again, RTO that goes above two to three days a week maximum is a deal breaker for me. I have no intention of going back to the office for more than that ever again. I don't even care if that's exactly the plan here so they can fire a bunch of us, I'm simply not doing it.

Me? I’m gonna come in, work my side hustle and give them the bare minimum of work needed to collect the check.
Meanwhile, I’ll continue posting for jobs with other companies and when the right one comes, I’m outtie. Hopefully if I can time it right, I’ll get the Xmas bonus and the March bonus.

There are people at McDonalds who say they will not clean the ice cream machine more than 2-3 days a week. Don't care, it's a deal breaker. They have made their choice too!
Or maybe cops, will NOT hand out tickets more than 3 days a week. Deal Breaker.
So yeah, you do you. If the company wants to put up with it, great! If not, so be it. We all have choices. As long as we understand that our choices have consequences. Just like USAA leadership had choices and is now dealing with the consequences.
