Cutting headcount again?? After two earlier rounds, UPS announced a voluntary separation package for non-operations specialists and above 5/18/23.

When will UPS offer older operations management employees a buyout? UPS is trying to force these employees out by forcing them to work various hours, moving them from different locations, changing their shifts suddenly and other tactics. UPS should offer these valued operations management employees a great buyout to reward them for their services.

Yes, the RSAP is in motion. I was laid off yesterday. Does anyone know what the projected number of layoffs is?
If they don't hit their number, who gets targeted first in the event of a RSAP?
Any ideas on how deep the VSAP targets are?
