To the person criticizing the cultural downturn comments, yes. I didn't say it was Sprint's fault. I eluded to the timing of the shift. Sievert has obviously played a huge role, as have many legacy Sprint and T-Mobile leaders.
Now that is hilarious! Yeah if I have to go to one more All hands after a large, poorly executed layoff and hear about how much money the company is making again….I am going to lose it.
@1huv+1mGP054V "the cultural and leadership downturn begin when we merged"
Which, coincidentally (not), began when Mikey took over. Mikey needs to take responsibility for the downturn. He is an ineffective (cough cough) leader. Quit enabling Mikey's bad performance on Sprint people... The victimhood is comical though.
I think what's lost on so many legacy Sprint folks is that the company as it is today has been increasingly unfamiliar to those of us who were around long before the merger. The company deserves criticism today, but make no mistake, the cultural and leadership downturn begin when we merged. This is not the same company it once was and believe me, longtime "Kool aid drinkers" see through the bullsh-t and aren't happy with it either.
This company is a joke. Worse than what Sprint ever was. Seems as if those drinking the magenta flavored kool-aid are intent on being lied to. I’ve worked in Telecom 20+years and it was never as bad as what it is here. Lazy + LameDuck management is the norm here.
What it took to get us here, won’t get us where we need to go.
They all repeat it.
Prepare to be outsourced!
What a great quarter.
Get a life. You people are the worst. Fu-k you.
