I'm genuinely curious. Does LCO contribute to the overall revenue? What happens over there?
Was the business excellence team, now within HR let go? If so, that's a good thing.
HR people are a stain on humanity. Good riddance.
Senior mgmt within HR and throughout Seagate is for the most part a cancer. There are still a few decent people at the top trying to do right by the company but they are definitely more the exception than the rule. Mostly just parasites sucking the lifeblood out of the company, almost entirely for personal gain.
Stage IV, and terminal. Just a few years of miserable existence remaining...
HR is a absolute joke at this company. Should just replace them all with an AI chat bot.

They'll not be missed.
nothing of value lost
