In Optum Infusion we heard nothing.. maybe it’s next week.
Medical claims targets nurses and nurse managers and never lays off physicians or directors who make 3x what the nurses make and work half the hours.
Medical claims just laid off over 200 nurses including frontline and management. This is just sick.
They are laying off nurses and replacing them with offshore nurses that they pay much, much less
Good chunk of my team (approximately 20+) just got laid off
Since the Tech expansion (e.g. absorbing Labs), there have been tons of cuts and political movement all over. I've never seen an environment as toxic as it currently is. Definitely feel like my group (which is small) is on the chopping block.

All the jobs are going overseas for cheap labor.
Entire team received an email for mandatory meeting at 11am….
