Thread regarding USAA layoffs

I don't have any motivation anymore

The company is nose diving. The leadership seems to think that cuts are the solution to all the problems that have accumulated here over the years. The atmosphere is toxic like never before and I can hardly focus on work. Actually, I don't have any motivation to continue working here anymore. You?

Same. Working for people who have zero clue but excessive amounts of arrogance and unbelievable 🐂💩ing skills has taken its toll.

These mo--n have with zero leadership skills, zero respect for the military, and could care less about employee wellbeing. They are running the company into the ground at lightning speed.

I’m doing the bare minimum and using an extra time to find a new job. USAA is never come back from this 💩 show.

When I worked jobs during breaks while I was in college, I worked at this one factory where we had a guy that did 3 things all day:

  1. Drink water
  2. Drink coffee
  3. Take a sh!t

We called him the Coffee, Water, Sh!t Guy. USAA needs a bunch of those folks to properly support RTO.

Haven’t had motivation either. This company has managed to destroy it along with crushing my goals for growth despite being remote. But the market is tough out there. Keep your head up until the right opportunity presents itself…

Haven't been motivated in about a year. Trying to make changes but it takes time.
