When I apply to a job internally, can the hiring manager and/or recruiter see it?
Will make a difference to how picky I am about applying to jobs.

The problem is there are zero mortgage jobs which is where I have been for 30 years. There are only low paying bank jobs. I have applied for three and got knocked off of all three for no bank experience. So frustrating as I want to work!!!!!!
I do care when I review applications. Especially if the applicant is looking outside of our geographical location. I want to find the right fit for the team and at least have a chance to let that person make an impact for more than 6 months.
I am understanding of people needing a job and I am ok with them wanting to pursue other opportunities. I will help them get where they want to be. I just can’t commit to training/onboarding someone every few months.
Hiring manager can see if you have 50 open applications and are just spamming every job requisition with a resume. It shouldn’t impact you if you are truly qualified for the job (or if displaced because that’s understandable as you are trying fees your family) but they will probably scrutinize your application more closely
Recruiters can see for sure. They also take that into account if someone is shotg-nning 30 resumes a day. They want to see someone interested in the actual role, not just because it's a different role than your current one.
yes they can see it, but in my experience on both sides of the table, no one cares.
