Results

Now that Micky and Mary have looted thier monies for this year the message will turn downbeat internally.

Wonder what the usual excuses will be, high inflation, currency head winds, slowdown, Government debt ceiling.

They have unlimited options.

And the ever ending permanent ones turnaround, transition period, cost focus, winning in the market, employee engagement.....

None of these seem to apply when they milked DXC for thier shares this month, so what's changed within 10 days?

Please don't forget that staff pay had to be quashed this year as we are Supporting Lecerc, Carlos Junr and Ferrari F1 in their quest to win both the Drivers and Constructors Championship. Pay and conditions will be quashed for each subsequent year Ferrari doesn't win drivers / constructors Championship.

Repeat the above bull with DXC support of UK Football Manchester United.
Repeat above BS for every Sports team that we support throughout the Wordl.

Anybody hear anything after Mikeys Essential Evolution email 6 weeks ago in which he was talking about growth.

He said we are past all the cuts and in the growth phase "inflexion point"

"Leadership will provide additional context in the coming days weeks"

Has anyone heard from Mickey in the gang since?

Was it just an jam tommorow email to get thier raises, anybody seeing this growth in action?

Can't see any output from him or the gang since.

Don't forget after latest re-org Mary is now head of hr AND marketing. Given how poor HR is, I don't expect our non-existent reputation and name recognition to improve any time soon.

What also weird is how Mike keeps referring to her as My Mary.

She was the first to be appointed from the Ex Accenture gang by Mike and she's still here whilst others have been chopped.

2nd highest paid with Mike, and she's only a HR person.

usual excuses - we're completing the turnaround but currency headwinds, Ukraine war, Taiwan, global recession, climate change, aliens etc impacted the results
and then some very very selective examples of organic "growth" in made up numbers in some "strategic" areas ie "we sold more cloud this year in Andorra than last year" or "we're delighted with progress in our digital apps transformation in Antarctica this year and expect 100% increase next year [in penguins]"
