Are they targeting recent hires or whats the criteria? What's severance/health insurance looking like? We were just celebrating how many hires we got trained at the same time last year smh. I'm afraid it's not a matter of 'if' but 'when' at this point for all the remote hires in the last 3 years. Particularly AML.

Agree with the above, once the Consent Order is lifted it will be game on for the hawks who cut
If you’re in AML and doing work on the consent order, I’d start looking to apply out. Because once the consent order work is close to being completed, they will start laying off people, as they purposely over hired by 1200 to work on the consent order.
