Please take a look how many levels it has from CEO to Senior Manager. Normally 1 engineer is working, many people talking & meeting behind to discuss on what this engineer is doing... LOL Saw this too many times.

Sounds familiar.. don't forget about core teams and component centers reviewed and meeting over the same data that gets reviewed several times in DE and Core teams and component centers... So many people involved in 1 person's work..
