This has become a horrible workplace. After so many terrible leadership moves, I have absolutely no confidence that they know what they are doing.
Does anyone trust them anymore? I doubt it.

It is horrible!! My team's ED is scary & vindictive & she has two psychotic "flying monkey" directors who relish deploying her nasty management tactics. The other two directors are like "Homer simpson backing into the shrubs", I'm sure their lives are he-l as they have some glimmer of a conscience.
Zero trust. USAA is run by big bank execs now. Do you realize there are only two flag officers left at USAA? Butikofer and Byrd. What happened to all of the military? The company is now just another insurance company/bank who markets to a niche audience.
I do not. The CEO Wayne is making huge mistakes but giving himself a big raise like over 120% in January. He needs to step down before the company continues to go down hill.
I know I do not whatsoever. A bunch of failed people from other intuitions trying to run this place into the ground. I have never felt safe from day 1. This just re-affirms what I need to do
