I used to speak my mind but it doesn’t matter so I’m not wasting my time anymore. I think boycotting/low survey participation would be better.

With that latest survey, I gave them a good earful.

I hear Wayne prints out the Pulse surveys and uses them as toilet paper in his CEO bathroom with the golden toilet.

It's anonymous and your manager and above read your comments. If there's something in there that needs to be investigated, such as fraud, they will identify the employee. Use Pulse for honest feedback, just be careful what you write.

That survey goes right into the "deleted" folder as soon as you send it LOL

Is it really anonymous? There are a lot of posts on social media from employees saying the were retaliated against by leaders after giving constructive feedback/ low scores on the pulse survey. Can anyone in leadership confirm what you actually see? Is it easy to find out who submitted pulse feedback?

The only survey USAA cares about is MSAT. (those coveted awards) But USAA doesn't know how to separate feedback for the employee vs the company (You gotta keep 'em separated) The place is "member owned" If you have active products and opt into the survey, speak your mind and then a managers gotta to call you back lol

I’ve been giving low scores for a while.

Agree, I gave 1’s. Supposedly it’s anonymous unless there is an HR concern, then they pull the name.
