At the risk of sounding like I'm offering empty platitudes, these types of situations often end up being the best things to happen for someone's career in the long run. New career opportunities, new industries, or just a fresh and health culture at a new company. Hoping you all find way better jobs than you had here!

UGH! In the bank town hall they said they would not have more lay offs and the attrition would do the rest.
