Hello and thank you from "the woman" you reference. I was one of many impacted yesterday and my role at USAA has been eliminated. I have a difficult decision to make, now, whether to take the severance and go or remain and continue to be an advocate for employees and for organizational excellence... Guess we'll see. But I'm humbled by your comments and grateful for the encouragement.

The lady (assuming we are speaking of the same one?) has been vocal on the other site as well about her opinions and issues with their canned responses and I am here for it. Kudos to her!
