Please recognize Asian American and Pacific Highlander Heritage month and welcome diversity. Diversity is what keeps us united in these tough times. United we stand and divided we fall.

D: @1srh+1mE5F6tF. CAB is waste of time, only someone making sure change has all the “i” dotted and “t” crossed.
Yes change should be documented , but she. it takes longer to fill out the change control documents than doing the change it’s not efficient and wastes money!
500 people on a CAB meeting (half of them in a mall) way to go dxc

Completely agree with you on the point of Divesity being secondary to getting the job done.
However, filling our forms/CAB etc are necessary governance to protect ourselves should things go wrong... in which case there would not be a single individual/team to take the blame. Governance is boring, and often downright irritating, but it exists for a reason, namely, to protect us.
Diversity doesn’t get the job done what gets to get the job done is qualified people. It doesn’t matter if they’re all from one nation or s-x or whatever it’s having the best people doing the work.
This is all a bunch of bullsh-t to try to deflect from the real problems at DXC.
Contractors that can’t get anything done and then blame the account, or offering DXC running amok, and not following standards. Too many damn processes and procedures to get something done to spend more time filling out change control and going through cab and all the other bullsh-t. I’m actually applying the change.
Highlander - there can be only one - who gets all the raises.
Pacific "Highlander"? really?, given most of the Pacific inhabitants live on low lying islands and so naturally are every concerned with climate change and rising sea levels - suspect you mean Pacific Islander ... and as other posts have said, what on earth has this to do with DXC?
propoganda, distraction attempt. Lame
