I know they will not punish real culprits behind loosing biggest health plan client of CVS PBM, one which had 40 Billion dollars revenue.

Their Client Services/Operations department dropped the ball. CVS ELT made their president a skapegote and let him go. Real culprits are still there. No wonder, CVS Caremark may loose another big client due to bad client services and operations.

“The award means the payer will break away from CVS Caremark, which was managing “$40 billion plus or minus” of gross pharmacy spend, Centene CFO Drew Asher said Tuesday”
Who did they lose?
If I had to guess, senior executives got greedy.
