It appears that Tamla likes to have HR folks come on this board to censor posts associated with her name. I wonder if Wayne or the BoD are aware of how she is wasting company resources doing that. So I will keep posting messages like this and links to screenshots to show posts that are being censored.

This site is not associated with USAA, if it was up to them it probably wouldn’t exist at all. the It’s a lightly moderated website with hundreds of forum boards, most of them are more active then ours.
If something gets deleted, site mods deleted it because site rules were violated.

This is a copy-paste from one of the older threads here (someone has nicely summed up the site rules):

Posting one of these things can trigger a review, delete or block :

  • over excessive use of foul language
  • personal insults and derogatory language (towards groups or individuals)
  • use of names or personal identifiers (except for naming already public figures)
  • bullying, trolling and spamming
  • direct advertising
  • asking for votes of any kind (political, union, stock votes)
  • off-topics like discussing politics and religion

Site mods usually just delete the post in violation or a whole thread, but sometimes they put you on blacklist/block you from posting any further (can be skipped by using VPN)

Take off the tinfoil hat, there is no conspiracy. You are the one getting your posts deleted by not following site’s ToS. Make your posts kosher and it won’t get nuked.

Try being in HR. It’s unbearable between:

  1. The sycophants she’s brought in with her and then given huge promotions to compared to their previous role.
  2. Taking all professional development money away from teams that’s now seemingly spent flying the CHRO and her cronies all over to attend events or hosting bs panels.
  3. The holiday party that took every team’s holiday budget away and instead spent it on a cringy radio personality doing trivia and giving large amounts of inspirus points to only a few winners and a small amount to everyone instead of in the past employees getting something meaningful.
  4. The CHRO breaking out into Silent Night at the end of a town hall. Seriously, she stopped the meeting and sang this song over zoom. It was as cringy as it sounds.
  5. Refusal to address any real questions from staff.
  6. Telling us all that if we are remote we will not get promoted.

It’s basically Narcisspalooza in HR now.

I’m surprised she has any time to do that. I would think that choosing all those goofy a-s designer eyeglasses has to make up the bulk of her day, right?
