Asked to come back to office?

Have you been asked to be at the office on certain date? Just want to know how widespread this is. And the purpose.

We were ordered to come in 5 days a week months ago. Apparently, different rules for different folks.

Heard some ppl at LCO told to be on site May 15, others May 17, he who has ears listen. My team has not been told that.

Not at all. Some folks haven't been to LCO in ~2 years other than maybe picking up a 'new' laptop handed down from an axed VP. Suppliers visiting again, make an effort and come on site? They and their managers don't care.

At some point you will likely be ordered to return to the office and put in your 40 hours minimum every week. No exceptions, no excuses.

My team (LCO) has been hybrid for the last two years. We haven't been asked to be fully on site yet.

Team was called to the office. Still collaborating with teammates over Teams. Turns out no one wants to see each others ugly mugs
