HR must be in damage control mode since this site keeps deleting posts. How pathetic

There have been posts focused on Tamla’s failures at work and those get deleted quickly. It has nothing to do with a correlation of what is in the post and everything to do with her covering up. Wake up!!
There is a high correlation between site’s rules violation and post deletion. When criticizing someone, focus on their work, cause if you start calling them names it’ll probably get deleted.
Full list of rules can be found in the footer, but basically says this::
- no PII (i.e. names, addresses, other personal info), mentioning public figures such as c-suits is ok.
- no threats, no bullying others, no vulgarities;
- no derogatory speech (insults, racism, libelous bullsh-t. etc);
- no spamming and trolling;
- no political/religious/medical rants or similar off-topics, that gets deleted instantly.
USAA is all about BCC, but Wayne is all about BBC. iykyk
Its because usaa ran\runs the place like a mom and pop shop, you can't do that with a fortune100 company. They have known this for decades and can't fix it fast enough, with software and incompetent new hires, cause the seasoned people are gone\jumping ship This is the reason usaa got blessed with mega fines hence the BBC culture (better be compliant) lol
I feel bad for HR. If they couldn't predict the amount of JAR requests then it's more proof of how tone deaf they really are!
It's not a coincidence that the Tamla posts are being removed. And don't believe the B.S. story about a security vulnerability in the remote exception form. The real problem is that HR was flooded with requests. Tamla should have worked for Richard Nixon since she likes covering things up so much.
B..b..b but DE&I!!!
That’s laughable. If CHRO thinks removing posts from here is going to keep her failures and dirty laundry hidden, she’s got jokes. I’ve read through what is subject to removal and the posts that keep getting removed are not in violation of any rules or policies. This is when you know management has to cover their a-s and is in too deep when they have people here removing information. Not to mention CHRO has her team actively scrubbing and removing comments from the internal post site. She might think she is slick but the joke is on her
The moderators of this site may be protecting certain companies. The reason I think that is because one of my posts had a solid 2-1 positive rating with 135 total votes. I also had a follow up post that was rated exactly the same. Both posts stayed 2-1 positive the entire day. The next day both posts had a negative rating. There's just no explanation for that other than either the company or the moderators of this site manipulated the results.
I’ve noticed this as well. Any post that highlights the truth about Tamla and her failures gets removed. Coincidence? I think not.
