My plan is to quiet quit in the office so I can grab one last juicy Christmas bonus and yearly bonus in February. Thanks Wayne!

Been doing this for the last year.
Agree, may start looking elsewhere in march. Its not so much rto its tone deaf leadership…
I would rather stay and chisel as many Christmas and yearly bonuses from USAA as possible while Wayne sits on his throne of bullsh*t and nonsense. Wayne is happy to push a 157% pay raise for himself that he doesn't deserve. USAA employees should respect themselves and bleed as much compensation as possible while the Clown Executive Officer is rolling in the money. That is the new culture at USAA..."Get yours while you can". Then when Wayne is eventually fired, we can all celebrate at the first Christmas party after he is kicked to the curb. Maybe I will wait a few months after that to collect a final yearly bonus and quit.
You and me both.
I think my area of bank is safe from layoffs. My goal is to stay under the radar, get that Xmas bonus in December, then 1 last year end bonus in March, and on to a new company. UNLESS Wayne is out, then I’d stay.
