I’m a “diverse” employee at Honeywell and am treated like sh-t. This company treats everyone like dirt.
Come on, everyone in Honeywell knows that diversity is just a shareholder theme. In other words, bullsh-t policies for executives bonuses.

It is funny that the only way to find out about these changes is through this site. I'm not in HBS, but it is good to know about what is going on in the other SBGs. Another note about the VOE and the lack of openness of Honeywell to its employees. They keep everything close to the vest. I am really getting sick of this company. But, I'll retire soon and after that, I'll just hang around for the sh!tshow that follows. Have fun folks!
I can tell you that when vk became hbt president 4 years ago. His first sbg president role. We had to downsize staff by 15-20%. You know, all kinds of various “nda” projects. Very smart guy, much better than opus DA. But for sure, start of a challenging time of many Honeywell employees.
My bets are we are going to see a spike in promotion of "diverse" candidates moving forward. If you're not in that group, and we all know who is definitely not included in that group, might as well leave now because your career is likely going to be stalled.
I'm holding out hope that VK will be different than DA. But we will see. Either way I see no reason to bust my a$$ for anything Honeywell going forward. Maybe they will find me and let me go? Fingers crossed!
