When will a government agency audit the billing practices of the optical?

Another case of no communication to the field. We have useless directors, regionals and optical regionals. Software that fails, unethical billing practices but you can’t bring it up to ethics. Anyone get a visit from the regional who’s a pharmacist with no clear idea of vision policy and procedure?
