They sent an email with a recording letting us know there was a “reduction in force” aka lay off! I’ve been with the company 4+ years - no write ups or warning. My metrics and numbers all at meets and somehow I was let go. They did the mass layoff in November & then add additional responsibilities to your role without compensation, then raise expectations with less workforce and wonder why they’re losing money. To top that off tell us “things are slowing down” but adding 30 additional processes before we can close a claim. It’s crazy because they have a million higher ups who don’t know how to operate their crm, process a payment, or worked a claim in their life but responsible for our reviews and job stability. It’s bitter sweet, now that I’ve worked here any other Insurance company will be 100x better.

Aspire General Insurance Company is hiring claims experienced adjusters. I hear they are a great family-owned company without everything you mentioned above that would drag an organization down.
