I think it would be best for me to leave.
I don't know how much longer I can last here with the manager trying to add more to my plate almost daily.

It's hard to read posts demonstrating a lack for self regard. If follett has beaten you down to the point you're not growing, learning and adding to your skill set, get the heck out and don't look back. You're ki-ling your future prospects by stagnating in a failing company. You are hurting you and the company is hurting you. What do you gain by staying?

Let's the trim the fat by having you leave.
Is the manager really adding more to your plate, or are they really your job duties that you just never did before? I have a whiner like you in my store. Claims that everything that they are asked to do is not their job. If you look up the job description on the quad, yes it is.
+ don't have to be the hard worker. Adequate is Best.
What's tough to remember is that there is no goal for you. Leave or stay, they do not care. It's not personal. Stay or leave as fits your needs but you have to be the #1 hard worker. It will not change anything if you are.
