Weren't there rumors about layoffs this week? Is that still happening?

The paradox is high earners are the one who decide who to be laid off.

If a pay cut is upon us, they need to do it equitably and that starts with the highest earners. Our entry level and specialists roles make abysmal wages already.

Some employees will be earning less than minimum wage if they have to take a pay cut.

Lay off will be a perpetual series of events and no longer occurrences.

Would not expect layoffs before 4/20 announcement. Quarter ended 3/31 so those layoffs in March are recorded.

What I do expect is the pay cut announcement before 4/20, though.
10-15% expected. This is easier to do than layoffs and has immediate impact on cash flow versus layoffs which have an initial investment to them.
