I asking because I only have the ability to think of do thing that get fire instead of get VSS ?
To save Seagate from economy downturn, I would like to self volunteer from VSS, any one got any idea ?

yup, I do apply at career discovery, however get no response ( i guess some politic reason instead of skillset ). however, no all joh is suit to skillset and my interested.
Talk to your manager and 1st level vp regarding vss. Also, look for fun and different role in career discovery.
I asking this because after April layoff, my workplace become pretty boring, atmosphere is really low mod and no longer fun after people left.
If fun is not important ( unless u got no friends after working here ), that is nothing else left.
How about career path ? human manager don't even have the skill to differentiate is their workers delivery job is good or bad, ( because that is 2 difference professional).
