For G6 how much RSU expect this year G6?

When your manager tells you your RSU grant, ask them what the 100% number is for your grade. If they say, "I don't know," they're lying or incompetent. If they give you the exact number, they probably should have listened to the management training a bit better. The hope is that your manager tells you if you got more or less than the your grade's 100% number, a sense of how much more/less, and the factors that went into your number.
To be blunt, your RSU grant/100% number will tell you how much your leadership (not only your manager) values you.
the correct answer is that if you're a g6 and you've been there for more than a few years you should go get a job somewhere else. if you haven't got a promotion by now they are using you.
