This year eNPS & eSAT are scorecard metrics. These are fed by the quarterly EXP surveys you get.

So hit Executives where they actually listen and will respond (their own wallets).

Venting on here may be cathartic but isn’t doing anything. To make change, use the systems in place that impact their bonuses.

Why do that when we can yell here where clearly nothing will be done and there is no one who can make a decision to read these.

Why would we use the exact forum internally to actually influence change?

Your boss / executives literally have no power to unmask your name for your survey. None. Employee speech is protected. Them trying to unmask it can be viewed as them trying to impede on your right to collectively bargain. Only exception is listed above, your comments describing harassment or violation of laws.

Remember it’s confidential not anonymous. That being said, only HR is allowed to unmask user information and ONLY in cases where someone reports work place violence / harassment / etc.

My advice, give honest scores. Be professional but honest in your comments.

Exactly and don’t bother with “the post” and digital pulse only goes to your immediate leadership.

EXP survey this year is used for scorecard / bonus.
