Death & illness on the BAE account

Without naming names (ive noticed posts that explicitly name anyone who isnt a publicly listed exec tend to disappear) this account seems to have the highest illness / fatality rate I've ever seen

At least 2-3 people I've been aware having passed away including one gentleman who helped spec the exchange services as well as multiple people suffering strokes, heart problems and severe anxiety and depression

There was one guy who last I checked was the only linux/unix engineer supporting the entire run estate that was left drowning too

You guys have to take this to BBC or Netflix to come up with a series similar to peaky blinders.

Didnt they dismiss someone not long ago because they tried to break some services by deliberate shutting down servers and the guy said it was out of frustration for the years of poor pay and horrible treatment

Not sure of details but im 99% certain I remember someone getting dismissed in the last year for something like that

2 people I know pre 2019 have died on the account too.

1 had cancer from Chesterfield but didn’t tell anyone and continued to work. She should have been allowed to focus on her health but sadly not.

The other died of what can be assumed as stress following him getting CR’d and then DXC hiring a contractor to replace him on much more money, oddly they made the contractor permanent too.

Yes its not uncommon people being pushed into illness and near death

Think on one of the big town halls they had last year with one of the new account execs who left after a month or 2 like they always do well one of the lads in run actually kicked off and made a point about one of his colleagues suffering a serious illness from overwork and another passing away and that they had a duty of care to the staff that wasnt being met

The account as usual had no answer for this and the cycle continues to this day. I think the same lad who had a go about it to the account eventually left and sent a scathing mail to half the account team lol
