SF has used a third party software program to evaluate 3rd party aka claimant injury values for a long time. Even when suits get filed they still rely on this over their injury attorneys. These lawyers are paid a simple flat fee to handle the suit ($3500). Whether it is 6 weeks or 2 yrs defense attorneys are paid $3500……and ripsford aka tipsford says the 13.2 billion underwriting loss for 2022 was due to inflation.

It's a tool that doesn't do its job and as such useless. Designedto save money but functionally costs more
I have 3 pets. One is shy and ferral, the other very sociable, friendly, the other is a betweener...
You can tell who here has actually used it.
Sure, tech can tell me a price range, but reality is often very different.
Maybe it helps PROPCS with liability, everyone in injury uses it as a pointless data entry process they do after liability/range of value is set.
OP is just posting agitation content with zero personal knowledge base on the topic.
Want to rag on 3pet? Its a huge waste of time and money. Tons of wasted time entering in data with little benefit to the handler. Its a time sink.....How many stupid CHIP tasks to manage it on settled claims....
For Caliclaims 3pet is useless per every claim is under valued bringing lawsuits
When you rely on a computer program whivh is lacking what a CR provides which is knowledge and experience then you get under valued claims, less settlements and more lawsuits. It's inevitable and predictable but bad managers rum this company
Lawsuits are time value of money. The longer they go on the mote they cost.
They have….3 pet evaluations are not even close to the actual value of the claim. Lawsuits are out of comtrol at sf….run away train
Jury verdicts will change that.
