All those taking a pay cut, how galling is it to have an Apple Technician paid $20+ an hour to sit on their a$$ all day?!? Meanwhile, you're meant to keep everything running smoothly.

Sounds like it’s time for you to go be an Apple Tech.
If your Apple tech is sitting on their a-s all day and you are the store manager, that is absolutely your fault. Put them on the register, make them stock GM, do soda orders. Cut their hours like everybody else.
If your Apple tech isn’t helping out in some ways, you’re doing it wrong.
Well, that’s annoying. I’m still amused about the person that was promoted that was only with the company for a few months.
Our tech helps us out through the store.
