According to pg 81 Vinny Bagal gets $12 million for termination, great way of paying your mates. This is where all the profits are getting leaked out, whilst for staff they Dont have money for pay.

$12,068,494 is the figures listed on pg 81.

Wonder if Mary on $6 million a year is next to go.

Hopefully replaced by a cheaper younger fitter model, that can send them 3 emails year. Each email literally costs millions.

This gang of mates/hangers on seriously hammering the company with massive costs.

Could add $5 to the profit by replacing her.

Maybe there's a realization that these inflated management costs are unsustainable.

Any d-mb employee watching the company would know that Bagel guy did nothing but just collecting money. They couldn't fire him, because of severence agreement - finally they paid and got him out.

The problem is the EXA gang were all past it.

They had no capatability to grow the company.

Baygirl and co are all useless they were just mates, they all need to be removed.

After 4 years if you can't get it right you never will, there's too many layers, they need chopping and better managers to replace the multiple friend layers.

classic case of re-arranging deckchairs on the Titanic - cannot even bring new faces into the roles, just have to re-shuffle same tired old faces ... and now we can clearly hear the band playing "Abide with me ..."
