Concentrix will be handling all current Allstate roles beginning on 1-1-24 but management gets severance, stock buyouts, etc. Non-management employees get nothing but possible unemployment.
Still waiting???!
Concentrix has WFH call center jobs... so they're contracting these roles out to Concentrix? Is that what's happening?
“still waiting”…….sounds like something your wife would say!!! Lol, loser.
And, still waiting....
Still waiting….
They were presented to Leaders last Friday, employees will get notification this week of which town hall they should attend where layoff dates and specifics will be announced.
When are these town halls? I don’t see any listed on the home page.
Concentrix Is one of the three vendors Allstate has outsourced work to. Sounds like you’re being rebadged with no severance. AKA… Allstate is letting you go, but they were kind enough to sell your worth to an overseas company that will likely let you go within the next 2 years.
So no Wrigley eh? I figured you were just a tough guy on a keyboard!!
Ha Wrigley Field. What a joke. Majority of people who live in Wrigley-vile area can’t distinguish if they are a man or women. Keyboard warrior Chicago sc-m…..
Regions no longer exist. We have four Zones. Get w the program. Jbr
I love how the response to fake news is for a violent as--ult.
Some of you seriously need help
Pertaining to the poster inquiring about Concentrix, I looked them up and here’s whT wiki had to say:
Multiple former Concentrix employees have described their dissatisfaction with the company's high turnover culture and low wages. Concentrix has also been sued for wage theft.[9]
In July 2021, Pro Publica published an article describing the world of work-at-home customer service provider companies including Concentrix. The article mentions how workers are demanded to provide quality support while getting low hourly wages. Concentrix claims to be based in the Bay Area but most of its work force is based outside of the US, noticeable in Canada, India and Portugal. “You don’t know if you’re going to have a job tomorrow.” [10]
In 2014, Concentrix won a £75 million contract from the UK's tax authority, the HMRC, to review two million tax credit claims for fraud and incorrect tax credit awards.[11] Tax credits are a form of UK social welfare benefit paid out to parents and workers on low incomes.
In 2016, Concentrix was receiving heavy criticism from the cross-party parliamentary committee on welfare for incorrectly closing the claims of tens of thousands of claimants, leaving them without money for essentials.[12] A government report disclosed that of 36,000 appeals against Concentrix, 87% were upheld. In September 2016, the HMRC announced that it would not renew the contract, due to expire in 2017, although the Treasury has resisted calls for a full inquiry thus far. As a result of Concentrix's failings, thousands of claimants are also due to receive back-payments for incorrectly stopped claims. Processing the resultant case reviews cost HMRC $3 million.
Fake news
Does this include claims processors and support?
Our leaders in claims were telling us that we will be partnering with something called Concentrix soon. No idea what that is but doesn't have us feeling too good.
