They want you to quit. That way they don’t have to pay severance. Watch, after a mass exit they’ll let up on RTO and summer hours will come back.
I don't know what is stopping everyone from ignoring him and doing summer hours anyway. They can't lay off all of you at once. HR is too incompetent to figure out how to.
Employee Care....the hypocrisy at this company continues to astonish me. There's a glaring and stark contrast between public image vs the reality inside.
