Do you think we will be getting any type of COL increase?

Yes…correct. Many pay grades no longer get bonus…just the COL increase last year.

Using the term propaganda validates my point. That poster provided misleading information. Why would anyone concerned about layoffs on this forum benefit from misinformation? They did NOT take away bonuses from everyone but management. That's a fact. You arguing anything different is, by definition, propaganda. You're policing yourself.

What are you the propaganda police? Exposing information and the creative ways they try to cover it up absolutely belongs on a forum like this.

They didn't take bonuses away from everyone but management. There are lots of individual contributors in grades M and above. That's misinformation that doesn't belong on a forum like this. To the original question - the merit increase process we just went through is it. Don't expect an across the board increase for all employees. That's how pay for performance works, for better or worse.

They gave a COL adjustment last fall when they took the bonus away from everyone but management.

I’ve got no supporting evidence beyond my experience here, but definitely not.

No....why would we? Labor market has swung drastically back to employers in the last 3 months.
