Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

What's happening with layoffs of non-front-facing employees?

I know we are far from being over, is there any way to know when the cuts will continue?

So May 1st I will get my notice. Does this mean they pay me till July? It was a nice ride. Good luck to anyone left and aren’t being laid off or already quit

Plans are in place to terminate people 30, 60, 90 days from the date of systems conversion, based on role. Expect notices of termination to start May 1st.

The floggings will continue until morale improves.

No one who comments here will know when, this month or coming months. Mergers/purchases like this always get paid for with reduced staffing. Will be interesting to see as the 60+ day notices do happen if most are working or non-working
