What do you all think about our fearless leader’s “frosty” decision to take a tactical pause on the employee survey? I think it’s a load of cr-p and just an excuse to not see the true picture. What true leader says I don’t want the negative feelings reported. What a bunch of cowards. To think they defended our nation once…sigh!! In addition, she has the audacity to say it’s because we need to stay focused and can’t spare time. I am sorry frosty you got that the other way around! People have time now when production is low. People didn’t have time earlier when production was hot!!’ Silly, almost mo--nic!!

Work to rule.Its the only way.Why bust our a$$es for this company.Do the bare minimum,don't stay a second longer when your day is done.Dont let this company exploit us any more.Unionise and show them that they can't take us for granted any more.
F***, they should permit us to unionise in Fremont, LCO/TCO/SSDC. Then blast these execs with “tactical pauses”

Oh, sure, because when it comes to valuing employee feedback this place is the epitome of excellence. I mean, why bother conducting an employee survey to improve company culture and address concerns about executive leadership if you're just going to shut it down when it points out uncomfortable truths? It's almost comical to think that these companies would actually care about what their employees have to say. I guess it's easier to just pretend to listen to feedback than to actually follow through with any meaningful action. Keep up the great work!
There is direction from the very top to pay for expensive outside leadership training no doubt. L**zo is on the board of Crosslead. The problem isn't a lack of training, it is misaligned incentives of those making the decisions and those of the regular employee. This place is no longer being run for the long term.
And while this goes on, she engages her military buddies to provide nonsensical training worth millions of dollars to this loser leadership.

What "others" do you refer? WD's HDD operation is a virtual clone of STX and the grievances are mostly identical with the exception of the dividend (WD cut theirs.) That leaves Toshiba, which has had one foot out the exit door for the last few years.
Mebbe even our customers should know that employees are not being treated fairly and then they can decide if they want to buy from this “sweatshop” or buy from others…😝😝

Imagine the load of cr-p they are able to force down just owing to their authority and position of power. Hope someone shares the employee feelings with the board, so they are aware of things that are being shielded from them by our fearless leaders 🤪 wish there was an app to keep employee feelings public. That’s one metric that the stock markets should know too! Employee satisfaction at all time low.
If they didn't say anything, no one probably would notice but coming out with this "tactical pause" announcement is just another perplexing move and yes, probably knows it will be totally lopsided with dissatisfaction with a company that puts dividends over employment.
Even negative feedback they will force your manager to create the excelshixxt ask for fake improvements 😡😡
They don't want the board to see how much they are negatively viewed as it will impact their personal compensation levels as executives. They are also concerned about the board replacing all of them with a clean up crew.
Of course la! Afraid to hear the truth then shut one eye or in this case shut both eyes and ears. Let people suffer. So on record will never get ppl negative emotions, and continue to show exceptional leader qualities. Then when go to next big company, claim managed so many people through so much turmoil and people always happy one!!
