At Wachovia Michelle ran a region that was unethical and immoral ( extra marital affairs amongst her chosen few). After the merger announcement her opening line at a regional sales meeting was " Wells Fargo thinks it can cross sell, we will show them how to cross sell". She made the Wells sales culture look like amateur hour. Yet nothing happened and she got promoted and paid. She is a fraud.
I met her once and she was an a$$hole.
I don’t think she’s to blame for all of WF problems. However if you have ever meet her in person she’s obnoxious. Nose stuck in the air and not personable at all. Adios
Good riddance. Does anyone in their right mind think that she did anything amazing for the branches. I think not !!!!! Branches operating with 1 or 2 employees. Employees not able to take breaks, go to lunch on time or leave when their schedule is over. Having part time employees work extra hours with no extra benefits. This is disgusting. I can go on and on. Horrible just horrible. MM should be the next one to go. As well as CS . This company needs a makeover.
Michelle Lee leads all of Wells Fargo’s Branch Banking regions and manages approximately 4,900 banking branches and more than 42,500 employees in 36 states and the District of Columbia. She’s retiring after a 37 yr career.
Nobody knows who that is.
Will all the customers affected by her choices receive reparations, or just select groups?
