Have been on the same laptop since 2017, virtually unusable, throttled, fan runs full speed if you even think about opening Outlook. Finally get an email to do a refresh and to prepare for an upgrade. Confirm my address and then receive an email with links to the FAQ's on how to make sure I don't lose any of my documents etc and of course, as was expected, clicking the link takes you to a page on Teamworks that says "The page you have requested has been moved or does not exist" (shaking my head, yet not shocked) and of course no mention or link where it went. The regulators expect us to fix things and we can't even send an email without broken links, this place is broken to the core.
