I think layoffs may be done for the year because the last few posts have all been troll posts

I'm sure there will be more layoffs this year and next year. Everything is so hush hush, the lower you are on the "food chain", the less in the know you are on what's really going on. There's no transparency.

Only thing I'm curious on is who's next...I'm sure there's someone that comes here that knows and just not sayin.

Turnover remains very high, thus, attrition is the primary downsizing strategy in areas targeted for offshoring and outsourcing work. In the meantime, some of those areas will experience workload pressures until the work shifts. Regardless, jobs and opportunities are moving away from the States.

The people left there are mostly non skilled or too indifferent to care about what’s going on around them. Being in claims and looking around at the dead weight left—it’s very obvious. The company is in a very rough spot.
