Insurance Insider had an article this morning stating Allstate has put a Chief Operating Officer in place by the name of Pritesh Reusen who will overseeing the movement of all possible functions which can be handled in Pune including subro, FNOL, non-injury auto claims and other adjuster/appraiser functions….sounds like Allstate is becoming an overseas handled carrier for most jobs which used to be handled in the US.
