Gee 5% for BTE would have been great. Less than 1% for BTE on our team. Company recently advertised jobs at $38-65k for the team yet throttles pay by reducing the 75% of the payscale limit for existing employees to $46k. Better back to building BDI answers since the resume is polished.

Who cares, there are better paying jobs in the market and better conditions. Whoever is left better start looking.

He said inflation was built into what you earned for merit. So higher ratings = higher inflation relief. I got BTE and 6.5% increase for this year so that seems in line. Have not had over 3% since 2020 for BTE. Received 5% for BTE before 2020.
