We'll all "WOO" clap and cheer when TW retires. He's a flawed and failed aspiring visionary running point for too many years. The BOD has been satisfied with below average results, but little doubt we've underachieved given the vast financial and people resources this place has available. Could be worse, but should've been much better in terms of growth, opportunity and shareholder returns. Perhaps his age (65) gives him a graceful exit opportunity, though succession internally is weak as evidenced by the Rizzo fire drill selection.
This Friday is my last day. Keep you hoodie! They writing has been on the wall for years now. I’m not going to go through the same like 2020. I was happy I made it through the 2020 RIFs. Management is trying to make your day more enjoyable and this is how you thank them for it. By ridiculing them. Just remember why are you working. To serve the customer. You’re in the insurance business.
I think they should just send everyone hoodies. That’s my take away from today.
What I got from all that is more Pune and more vendors are the flavor of the day and that we should be excited and happy for this. It is our culture you know.
