Just heard Expeditors CHQ is working on 3 month severance packages. Not sure who target employees are to offer this too but it's unprecedented for Expeditors to even consider this type of re-action to current market conditions.

Confirmed. There are tenured employees who have been impacted by the 3 month severance package. Are employees really their assets?
Actually the CIO confirmed recently in a meeting that the company does NOT have a no-layoff policy.
