IT layoffs happened three weeks ago on 2/17.
I'm guessing there will be layoffs at some point.
Yes it was 90% for CSBD so unless you get extra for the individual its going to be low. 2023 will be even worse with unrealistic goals. Who pockets the additional money as we know it all doesnt go to fines or fees?
When I left (position eliminated) they underscored my rating so I got a half bonus. I was told that because they were eliminating the position they couldn't place "meets expectations" -- even though I did and more. They had to use "partially meets" and screwed me.
There are better companies out there who appreciate you.
Regarding no clear definable goals to reach certain levels, they also added the part where they said that they can make "adjustments" even if the goals are reached.
It seems pretty fake here. No feedback. No goals. No stratagies! I wonder how many people are planning on leaving in the next few weeks. This is a poorly managed company.
100% in my area, but considering how well the company did last year, 100% of target seems lower than it should be. There's been years where the percentage was much higher, under previous "leadership." Back then, we also had clear, objective statistics that set the AIP percentage, and quarterly updates on how it was going. Under the current regime, it's total silence and an attitude of "shut up and be thankful you get anything."
Just got a low API. Bye bye Anthem
AIP is 90% for CSBD. Is this true for all of you?
